It all depends on you're hair as an individual. If you're hair grows back very stubbly after shaving, it will after using hair removal creams aswell, because they work in the same way as shaving, only removing the top of the hair and leaving the root.
But of course it varies from person to person, and some people can even go waxing for years and still notice no differance, so dont feel bad.
It is also very safe to use, as long as you dont use it on open wounds, or areas with a rash, or that are sensitive.
I've been using Veet for a while and I like it very much as its less schlep than shaving. So just decide which product suits you're lifestyle more and stick to it.

I use the veet hair removal cream with almond oil and aloe vera in it....I think its great... For me the hair grows back lighter in about 1 and a half weeks.... I think its pretty safe to use (i have been using it for the past 5 years) as long as u dont leave it on more than the specified time......

it wont grow back softer, it'll be the same, at least it did for me. its safe to use, but do a test on a little area of skin before you use it to see if you don't have a sensitivity to any of the ingredients. its an OK product nothing more, definitely better then shaving though.

I use Veet sensitive formula all the time.
It is safe and works great!
It is also way easier than shaving and you don't have to do it as often. *(as far as texture) It seems to grow back the same.
I really like it.

Oh sure it will grow back nice and soft and even more softly the more you use it.. but do not use any where close to the crack of your smile on your back side, your under arms, or any where close to that peach fuzz between your legs... ( if you have any)

My wife used Veet Hair Removal Gel on her legs and it gave her gangrene on her lower legs. We had to amputate below her knees. We are in the process of suing.

I think it will must slightly be thicker/darker. Shaving is cutting, not plucking from the root.. If pluck from the root, it will not be thicker/darker..
