Haven / British Holidays - Mainly camping and caravans. Good facilities, normally one or two club, plenty for the kids to do. Self Catering
Pontins (Blackpool) - Very basic chalets - 2 clubs and 2 bars. Loads for kids to do - small swimming pool - Excellent cafeteria - Pleasure Beach is half a mile away!
Butlins (Skegness) - Basic chalets up to luxury apartments. 4 clubs - loads of bars. Huge choice of stuff to do. Fantastic swimming pool - good cafeteria (We were half board)
I've been to all three since last summer. Butlins was by far the best - probably because the pool is just brilliant.

Butlins do great 'Adult Only' weekends and Haven is great for kids. It all depends what you are after really. Both are very expensive in peak season though. Just as cheap to go abroad. Never been to Pontins, sorry.

Go if you have to but after being several times the novelty has definately worn off. I think they are all basically the same. i would say though that they are good places to go if you have small children. Have fun!
