Depends what you mean by best.
For safe, safe sex, Durex make lots of tough and reliable types of condom.
For fun, most brands make ribbed, or vibrating, or coloured, or flavoured condoms - even luminous ones. They tend to be less safe, however.
For pleasure, lambskin condoms; they are effective as contraceptives, but less effective as disease barriers. Also, damn expensive.
