Well, there is no way out of it, unfortunately you're going to have to exercise, but it can be light, like just 20min walking each day, makes a huge difference. You don't particularly have to diet, but just eating healthier and listening to your body's need help alot! Basically it all depends on you, if you're willing to make a change.

Without exercise and diet? Forget it! You could ruin your body with pills, I suppose . . . But you would not look good for the weight loss from pills. The exercise is really the key; do enough and you will not need to diet, simply not increase your food intake to offset the exercise. Why not find something you enjoy doing, like swimming or dancing, that will get your heart rate up and move your muscles.

If you want a quick fix, lipo. Otherwise, diet and exercise is the only solution that really works and will help keep the weight off longer. I STRONGLY ADVISE NOT TO TAKE ANY PILLS. Those so-called "fat-burning" or "fast weight loss" pills are no good and not healty for your body. Losing so much weight in a short amount of time is not healthy for you anyway. Moderation is the key. I tried Relocore - WASTE OF MONEY.

just do kapal bharti in morning for 15 min n in whole day eat wt u want.........no tension.beleve me ,i hv seen many loosing to 20-30 kg from this........try n u remem mee.............
