It hasn't been that long since she died. You must have been really close. I am sorry.
I think it would help to have an older friend to have as a mothering figure not to replace your mom I know you can never replace anyone. If you have a grandmother or an aunt to spent time with or to confide in it might help.
Also there are grief groups or individual grief counseling.
I will look for some links with some more advice.

I don't think a person ever really gets over the loss of their mother if they had a good relationship. Just remember all the good things she taught you, the wonderful times you had, and try to be as good a mother in the future as she was. The book "Embraced by the Light" is helpful to many people to help with their grief. Just be thankful you had a great mother. I know I am.

My mother died 4/7/04.Still i miss her with all my heart. But I try to remember the love, the good times. My mother would not want me to mourn her,but celebrate her.Keep her memory alive ,talk to others about her.And if you both are Christians you will see her again someday. I will pray for you,my mother is in heaven and my joy is knowing I will see her again.

There is not a way to get over it .I lost my mom14yrs ago this month. The pain will ease and the memories will always be there. Try to focus on all the good times and if u need to cry or shout , then do it .I cried till i could,nt cry anymore. Then In got angry. Then i got numb. After awhile I realized I was trying to take my mothers place with the family. When i quit trying to be mom and just remember her , I started to heal. Everyone handles grief differently , you'll find a way Just have faith in your heart. Remember her smile ,her touch, her advice, and her love ,keep them in a special place just for her and u.God
bless.

i know its to hard to let go someone who you used to love, but we have to....just pray for her and pray for your self that you have a peace of mind, you dont have to forget her, she will always be in your heart remember that, but i think that she will be sad if she will see you suffering. She will not be happy there, just pray and let go...remember the good times and move on, she'll be happy for that and in time that she will see you in another life she'll be proud of you becsuse she had a good daughter who love her so much.
