this applies to lawyers(they use it a lot in cases), college professors and the like... it falls under debate using these rules one can solve debates ect

well I once heard a lawyer say in a court room and it did floor me then and there I never forgot it to this day this is what he said " The law says it isn't against the law to drink and drive but it is against the law to drive drunk and whose to say where the line is crossed. Elyria Ohio don't remember the lawyers name but I will always remember those words.
