My boyfriend and I have been going out for over a year now. Recently we got in a fight because I always feel as though I am putting all the effort into the relationship. He just sits on his computer all day. When I suggest doing something else, he states he doesn't want to do anything else and his computer games are giving him something to do. He told me i shouldn't put so much efort into the relationship because he loves me and that's all that matters. He also said he shouldn't have to reassure me of the love he feels for me. I also find lots of porn on the computer, and when I confronted him about it, he said "I have to get it out of me somehow when you're not around." I understand this concept of guys and porn, but this is getting old. Help!!

Is this your first relationship? There are many things that guys enjoy doing without including their girls. I suggest that you try not to be too tense about it. Serachfor things to do. Do not rely on him to be there for you all the time. I was in your position too, few years back. He was hooked on the computer game with his housemate. I was always left out. But, things take a turn when I try to do my own things. Have space of our own. Then things get easier. He will eventually spent time with you. If you appear to be understanding and give him his own space, he will love you. Think if it this way. When he does things that he enjoy, you too, can do your things on your own. How nice! Regarding porn, i guess all guys have this habit. Just leave it to them. It doesn't mean that they don't love you anymore. If they are true to you, they won't have the attitude to compare you with those gals there. Don't worry. Relax. We've all been there. My guy is my husband now. We have been together since 2000.

eitehr he's going to have to start deserving you or you need to elave. A relationship should not be one way street. you should never feel unloved when you're with someone for that long. I mean you are going to ahve to give him an ultimatum, and be ready to do whatever is necessary for you to be happy. Don't be with someone just to be with someone. You have to be happy too.

He's a kiddie! End up that relationship. He doesn't know how to care for it. I he really loves you then he must show it and make ways to make you happy. I think he doesn't know what love means. And I think he loves his computer more than he loves you.

Find yourself a boy toy to go out with, then tell your BF

'Oh I have to get it out of me somehow when you're not around'

see how well that sits with him.
