No FBI agents are chosen by their incompetence and civil right abuses. Example murder on Ruby ridge and Waco. They should leave police work to the professionals ie police. They had a spy in their midst for like 20 years. They never give their agents lie detector tests. It started from the beginning with Hoover.The FBI are pathetic just look at 9-11. All the info they had and sat on it doing nothing

No. The FBI, CIA and SECRET SERVICE have been known to recruit straight out of colleges. So while it help to have law enforcement experience, it is not necessary.
