if you were sexually abused by an older man, years later could that lead you to be attracted to older men? dont you think it would be the opposite? why would someone be attracted to him? (i mean 20 years older)

first, it could have nothing to do with it. you could just plain be attracted to the guy - which would mean, hey you got over it, yay, good for you! on the other hand you obviously have doubts. first it depends on what type of abuse - violent from a stranger for instance, might do what you were saying, make you temd toward polar opposites. but if it was someone who you knew and other circumstances, well that's totally different. please feel free to mail me or whatever cause by answering this i should helping you but i kinda doubt that it's happened...

If I was abused by an older man when I was younger, I am sure I would have some very bad issues since I am a guy. LOL. I would be inclined to hunt him down at beat his old *** severely when I reached adulthood.

I'm not sure if one can lead to another. I have never heard of someone being attracted to someone who reminds them of their abuser. It's usually the opposite.

It is a control thing. You are attracted to him because you are selecting him and not vice versa.
