With all the packaged foods available, and all the take-out food, plus frozen dinners, that should be easy. I like to cook a roast one night and freeze 1/3 or 1/2 of it and have it the next week, adding side dishes. Or you can cook lasagna, spaghetti, Asian food, they all freeze well. Portion them so it will be enough for one meal. Then place in the microwave and dinner is served.

Jumbo shrimp dumped in spiced boiling water and cooked until they turn pink -- only a few minutes. Serve with a sweet and sour sauce or cocktail sauce from the store. Fresh spinach and mushroom salad. Just wash and drain and slice. Sliced french bread with very cold butter -- maybe a garlic spread or dip. To drink: Slice up several lemons and put them in a jug, pour in cold water and let it sit in the fridge for a while -- refreshing and tasty. Dessert: fresh fruit and gouda cheese. Enjoy.

How about some food in the crock pot. Put in the crock pot the night before and set in the refrigerator. Then just before you leave in the morning, set the crock pot on low and simmer all day. If you do a search on Google, you will find a great website for crock pot cooking.

Cooking pasta is the easier..First boil your pasta, cook some broccoli , mushroom...
Lastly, mix the pasta sauce with pasta and vege...if you want you can also cook some meat.
If you cook much, you can leave it for tml and warm it the next day
