eat good, fresh vegetables, fruits, cereals, meats, etc. the chance to grow is a short time. be sure you are givng your body everything it needs to build with.

get plenty of sleep, because your body needs energy to build, also.

get plenty of excercise and play. that keeps the body systems moving, and that is necessary to build.

get fresh air to keep the body systems working at top levels.

stay clean so you will stay healthy.

don't smoke, drink or do drugs. that will keep your body from building.

when you eat junky, greasy food, it slows the body down and makes it harder for it to build.

do things that make you feel good about yourself - you will be less stressed, and that is better, too.

it helps create chemicals that are good.

you might want to take a multi-vitamin every day.

Try to do some exercise regular basis. Avoid Weight lifting and lifting of heavy things.
