Recently A man is coming with some paper sample & inform me that their company in Dhaka is working for StoraEnso India. Their main work is to collect order & inform to StoraEnso. As a result they get some commission. In fact, I want to know about this trading business. Please update me.

In simple words, trading is buying and selling. In trading, you buy goods, pay for them and keep stock to sell with profit or act as an agent where you buy goods on someone's behalf, let that party pay to your supplier and you get your commission from the supplier. From what you say, Dhaka party is not a trader but a commission agent.

The name "trading company" is a carry over from the English days in India and that area... It is nothing more than a company that sells a product.

Your sitution sounds a little weird so I would be very careful

Simply put in layman's term....

Trading company are middlemen....they buy goods from somebody at a 'cheap' price...then sell you the same goods at an expensive price....then earn the difference...

Cheers...
