Sorry, hun, I just had to toss in my 2 cents...
I have NEVER had any complaints, and how do I put this politely.... I've had my share of experiences (OK, many more than my share, but I'm not complaining).
Its all about muscle control. Keep in mind a baby can make its way out, and a woman can still have control.
Yes, there's a difference between virginal and been around a bit, but beyond that its all about control.
Of course, if you're using the term "loose" figuratively, rather than literally, then you are choosing to put judgement on somoene's actions.

No, it's not true that plenty of sex would make ur vag*na loose. It's just mean guys spreaded that lie around to get back on a girl. Actually, sex excercises ur vag*nal muscules & tightens it. Not having sex would have the opposite effect called " Muscule Atrofy" due to no muscle excercise.
Only women who gave repeted birth, 3, 4 or more kids have loose vag*nas.
Prostitues are very well known to have the tightest vag*nas.

I know you said men only but I couldnt help it, to stay nice and tight do kegals while peeing stop and go stop and go the quicker you can stop your flow the tighter you get also after your menstuate take a hot bath with a bit of vinegar (rinse off in a shower so you dont smell funky) but it helps maintain elasticity!
