use it. What's going on?? What do i need to do to use it? Any help is appreciated thanx.

First install the software that came with the webcam THEN plug the camera in ..it should load the neccesary drivers and work.. try plugging it in a diffrent USB port from the one you have it in now AFTER you install the software

Did you install the video driver which usually comes on CD with the camera?

just reomove the webcam drivers and reinstall them try that if no joy call the webcam company Technical Support line

U better check if the driver is installed or not...and if u have any CD with it..run it thru...wizard shall automatically detect it..
