Sometimes it appears that everyone and everything is against us. On such occasions be with yourself, take care of yourself, drink a lot of water, avoid the negative persons...and don't take every remark/word seriously.
finding peace/solace/happiness from life is the swan formula; like a swan drinks milk from a mixture of milk and water and leaves the water.
Take the milk for you (the good words and virtues) and leave the bad feelings/ words at their own place. Other's views/comments are not worthy enough for you to get angry and waste your precious peace of mind.

here r some points which will make u cool and u will c the wonder.
1. just count 1 to 100..take deep breath and let nobody c u.
2. have a long walk (swift pace}think about the pros and cons..ur favourite deity and the person u cherish visualise him her..and prayers works out wonderful.
3.attend propecy talks,pravachans enjoy nature.
4. Whatever matter irritates you..start loving that or try to ignore without falling into provocation.
4.find out laughter therapy clubs nearby participate seriously.
5. There r certain yogic method meditation sitting before a candle and concentrating on its glow caeses ur anger.
6.once a week observe silence continuously for 12 hours with full concentration on enlightenment.
7.try this website sokka gakkai is an organisation which really teaches u the philosophy to change urself..become active faithfully and c how u r transformed.
8.Be cool and try to create the bodhisathva within you.

when anger arises we cannot control it.It leads to other things.So if some one makes u angry or provoke u GET away from the place immediately.Take a pledge not to answer them.Keeping our mouth shut in the correct time is an art.Try to practice it.Why ahowing your emotions to others? Try this. Give a misterious smile and move away from that place.It will be like a game.Play it.

Firstly try to calm down maybe by listening to some soothing music.
Otherwise if it doesn't work, try shouting out loudly, it can help :)
Or you can try writing their names (the people whom you hated) down in a paper and tear that paper apart...
