a few common possiblities:
1) poor nutrition- example= not enough iron in ur diet, so ur body does not make enough red blood cells, thus causing u to feel tired.
-talk with doctor/pharmacist/dietician about ur current diet
2) sleep disorder- u won't know it...the only way to find out is to talk to ur doctor...sleep in a sleep lab overnight. they will watch u, monitor ur brain waves, etc. & evaluate u to see if u have some disorder.
there r multiple sleep disorders...some easily treatable with medicines. generally speaking...sleep disorders prevent u from going into a deep rem sleep, which is the rejuvenating sleep everyone needs. if u don't get enough of it, u'll feel tired.
3) low red blood cell count (anemia): causes r multiple, u need to see a doctor to evaluate for this.
4) some underlying medical illness: example= hepatitis A (or B or C), which is a viral infection of the liver. in the early stages, u could experience just fatigue...although usu. other symptoms r present.

well..it is called boredom. doing nothing interesting to occupy your day is the most tiring way to live life.
try to find a job or something of your interest to spend your day. you'll be surprise on how time will pass by and how you will keep on looking forward for the next day without getting tired. Good luck!

You should really check with your doctor. There are a lot of physical conditions that can cause fatigue (believe me, I'm addicted to WebMD,) and you should really get this checked out. If you feel like something is truly wrong, and you feel that your doctor isn't listening to you, get a second opinion. My aunt went to doctors for 7 years before finally being diagnosed with fibromyalgia.
If you are like me, you will check up online and get totally paranoid first, so here is a link I like: ;)
http://www.webmd.com/diseases_and_conditions/symptom_checker.htm
I hope nothing is wrong.

one possibiltiy is that you have a physical condition that you have not yet detected and that it is taxing your body/energy.. in that case you might want to do some check up (blood test etc.)..another posssibilty would be that there are spirirtual energies bombarding the panet, tranfsorming the Earth, thus all physical complexes, and especially humans, are affected by the stress of cosmic energy influx..

Thyroid problem? Diabetes? Fibromyalgia?
www.FibroFix.com is a free site that tells about Fibromyalgia. Read "Twenty Questions". If it sounds like you, read the Symptoms, etc.
