Heavy weights with less reps.
Squat, Deadlifts, Bench press. These are the most important in building body mass.
Eat a high protein diet.
Don't workout more than 3 days a week. Rest is very important because the body builds while you are resting. But push your body to the maximum limits while your workout. Stop while you collapse. And take enough rest to get ready for the next drama.
Don't forget, the intensity of the workout is the key to build mass.

It's not very fast and easy. Because the biological process takes its own time to do work properly.
