Like, if you son spit in your face, would you cast him into a lake of fire?

If your daughter denied that you were her parent, would you make her burn for all eternity?

If you would, then you are an unfit parent. Someone who could do such things to their children, whom they created, clearly has no concept of unconditional love.
In fact, it's hard to believe such a person could even have children of their own. That's the kind of behavior you'd expect from a 5-year-old, playing make-believe with his dolls. When they have ceased to amuse him, the child-god throws his dolls into the fireplace, so that he can feel mighty.

Some people are kinda slow on the uptake.
READ the question, THINK for a second, THEN answer.

Jason C: Your response is obscure, longwinded, and utterly divorced from reality... just like the Bible! So I guess you should be proud.

I'll take a quick jab at answering your question...

Okay you are in the some mighty navy in some other time and place. You are on a ship, you get sick of your Captin giving orders on how to live your life and you decide you've had enough. So you sneak out one night and steal one of the ships life boats and head out into the dark water... Hey! what do you know you get picked up by some other ship in less than ten minutes... You'd think they were out looking for guys runing from the Captin... Hmm, come to think of it this looks like one of the Enemy ships The Captin keeps talking about... Oh well! Now you can live your life anyway you like! Oh and just look at all the cute girls milling around deck... Funny that one looks like Jill who dissapeared from the ship last week! The Captin had been worried sick about her. Serves Him right for being so bossy!
They offer you a cabin saying "any one who hates The Captin "is a friend of ours"! As you walk away you can't help noticing the skipper eyeing your shiny new watch. Later you smile and think "I bet he wishes he had one!" to yourself as you drift of to sleep... you awaken by a tapping on your door... Hmm, maybe one of the girls? You stumble to open the door... Who's there? What!!! There in the shadows The Captin of your old ship is standing there! You jump, but then you quickly catch yourself and smile! Ha, if you touch me I'll scream! You spit at Him and laugh.
He doesn't even notice, instead He urgently wispers "we need to go now! I am torpedoing this ship tommorow! The subs are all in position lets get Jill and go!"
You slap Him and sneer I don't take orders from you anymore! And I'll see to it that Jill won't eather!
He tells you that the boat you are on is carying nukes and is on a suiside mission to destroy His people. You just slam the door in his face. Ah where was I... Sleeping that's right! Then you hear a creak in the wall and turn to see the skipper sliding out of a hidden panel. You are startled but he tells you that it's normal for him to exersize his freedom by tromping thru peoples bedrooms whenever he wants. Oh, and speaking of freedom, he feels free to stick his gun to your head and blow your brains out like he did to the last owner of this room if you don't hand him your watch. You don't like this version of freedom and tell him so, he just bangs the panel and five of his thugs push in to the room. They promptly decided to beat you to within an inch of your life instead of killing you... For now, it sounds like more fun then killing you. Just then, door swings open and who but The Captin of your old ship steps in! He grabs you and tosses you out the door slaming it behind you with Him still on the inside. You hear him speaking gently as they curse and yell. Then you hear crashing and banging inside for a very long time. The noise stops and after an eternity you hear one set of footsteps draging to the door. It opens and Your Captin stands there looking more dead than alive. He tells you He made an arangment for them to leave you alone... If they could punish him for it. Then you notice your watch is missing from the table! You turn and slap Him! How could you let them take my watch! Why did you just toss me out of my room like that??? How could you do this to me if you are so kind, strong and good???
He just takes a breath and says, "my life boat is waiting just over the rail. I will torpedo this ship tomorow. Lets go."

How could he be so intolerent and cruel as to blow up all of these inocent people you ask?

"Everyone of these people used to be under my command and have chosen to leave" He states. "They hate rules and order, so they intend to try to destroy my Kingdom on a suicide mission. They are doining this because they hate me. They have declaired war on my kingdom and I must stop them" He says. He continues, "you must leave with me now or you will be destroyed with them. I love you I will forgive you, and even more I have always loved you. If you return with me I will adopt you as my son and make you an heir to my kingdom" He says.

Not that you don't believe that he will do it and all... He never lies... But...

You have not even been introduced to that one cute girl!

and....

Surely ruleing in His kingdom isn't nearly as much fun as owning this cabin!

And since He is so Evil!

Wanting to sink this ship!

You couldn't possibly side with such a man!

Right?

It is a conceptual scare tactic endorsed by the early church to encourage primitive individuals to live a Godly life, rather then a worldly one.

Through individual free will each living entity in the human form of life must make a conscious choice between revival of the eternal spiritual body, that is temporarily covered by by a material body, or to pursue more worldly endeavours, which will result in the living entity transmigrating to another material body, that is awarded to perfectly match the mentality that has been developed during the course of this life, man proposes and God disposes.

Hummm...clearly you must NOT be a parent! God does NOT send or "throw" anyone into the "lake of fire"...people of their OWN FREE WILL choose to go there! As a loving parent, I can truly say with all my heart that I want the best for my children, however since they are now grown adults I see them make harmful choices all the time, but I CANNOT make them do what they do not want to do, or make them change their ways...God does NOT want to lose ANY of His precious children, but BECAUSE of unconditional Love on His part, He ALLOWS us to make our own paths! EVEN in the greatest sacrifical love of all ...to let us GO were He would wish we would NOT EVER GO! (That is Y Jesus spent so much more time telling ppl how to AVOID hell! Rather than the wonders of Heaven!) Spend alittle time & get to KNOW this Father that really really LOVES ALL His Children!

Oh, blah, blah... We are not God, read the Bible and you will know more ... God said that we all had to become like a child to be admitted into the gates of Heaven (approx). so He felt very committed to protecting the children, and he would never throw one in a lake of fire, and burn for eternity. He also said that if anyone harms a hair on a child's head, he will get it (approx.), so I think that pretty much answers your question. I do not have the authority to punish my child if he does not believe I am not his parent, nor could I throw anyone into anything, that is for God to judge.

An unfit parent would never try to show their child the right way to go to avoid them getting killed, maimed, jailed, sent to satan, or anything else that would harm them. Yet, God did that, and dying for all the sins that their children committed or will commit, sounds like unconditional love to me.

Children under 14 dont have the mental capacity to be held liable for the things that come out their mouths. Ive always believed that "flaws of a childs are faults of their parents"

I would NEVER do anything like that to my children. If as an adult they decide not to have anything to do with me that is there choice.I love my children with all my heart. It is unconditional love. A love that never will die.

Where did you get the question from??? It is interesting but scarry at the same time.

The women who kill there kids are totaly crazy.

I would never do that to anyone, especially my kids. However, I will not say you should never have kids or burn in hell as other people did, because reading the whole explanation you can clearly see the asker thinks people should NOT do that.

God is merciful to those who continue to sin daily like yourself because if he wasn't, your family would be looking at your tombstone. Be grateful that God is still giving you a second chance or more. Choose whom this day who will you serve God or Mammon. You will reap what you sow unless you repent today and seek God!
