I'm not a big drinker, but I do find it much easier to be around drunk people if I am drunk. Otherwise, I become annoyed. But I usually like to be sober and keep my wits about me, especially in a situation that is unfamiliar. And I don't want to make a first impression when I'm drunk. How does alcohol affect you socially?

Yea,,it will help you loose control. Why be around drunk people if you hardly ever drink? Why not limit to just a couple then if that?Your instinct is kicking in when you said you like to keep your wits especially in an unfamiliar situation.

it's alot easier to say the things u want to say but were shy to, it boosts your confidence. but u don't want to drink so much that u start telling every1 the family secrets, i also can't stand to be around ppl who are drinking when i'm not, it's so annoying.

It depend with whom you're socializing!
Sometimes it is good to loose it up, and have fun, but don't get use to it, it becomes bad.
