I have seen some really good answers on this one, but the one that no one suggests, that works for me EVERY time is Pedialite. When you drink, the alcohol robs your body of electrolytes. Pedialite will hydrate your body and will eliminate your hangover 100%!

All these answers are good ways to cure hangovers. To prevent a hang over before you go out make sure you drink lots of water. If I know I'm going to be getting drunk in the evening I will drink tons of water through out the day. I always try to drink at least three glasses of water before I go out. You also will want to drink a glass or two of water at the end of the night. Excessive alcohol dehydrates your body which causes you to get a headache and feel like crap. Plenty of water will prevent a hangover every time. A gatorade and a double cheese burger from McDonald's are always good for the next morning if you really can't kick it.

For ever shot or beer that you drink, you need to have 4oz of water and then right before you go to bed you should drink 8 oz of water. Alcohol dehydrates you and a hangover is your bodies reaction to being soooo dehydrated. If you drink plenty of water and have a bit of bread or crackers before you turn it and right when you wake up you won't have a hangover.
You could also not drink... that is the best solution to a hangover.

my personal go to hangover cure is two extra large glasses of iced tea with extra sugar and a glass of pedialyte, for best results add a cheesesteak sandwich and you ll be good again. This works for everything but champagne hangovers if you have one of those find a bridge to jump off of

Take my advise, Drink water with your drinks and you'll be fine. As long as you keep hydrated while drinking, you'll never get a hangover.

Drink lots and lots of water before bed. May have to get and pee several times, but you'll definitely be dehydrating.

Im the pro at this. Here are some cures I use:

- Drink a sh-tload of water before you go to bed. It rehydrates you, and stops the headache, which is caused by dehydration.

- Eat plenty of fatty food when you wake up. In you stomach, the left over alcohol get metabolised into some poisonous chemical, which makes you sick. Grease breaks that chemical down. I recommend fish & chips.

- Have a joint. Yep, lynch me if you want, but it gets rid of the nausea & shakes in the morning.

Berocca. Not sure if it's available in the U.S. Drop one tablet into glass of water before drinking alcohol, and another in the morning. And, if you can remember, drink one before you go to bed as well.

Eat something really greasy before you go to bed, and when you wake up drink like 3 gallons of water. This works for me everytime.
