Who is the prophet we are talking about? I did not know that there were many other than Jesus in the Christian religion, so if a Christian rejected Jesus, who was the son of God, I would not think he was a Christian.

Need more information. What prophet and how do I know he is a prophet of God.? Are you speaking of one in the Bible?

Basically my feeling is this, we all have the same information available to us. Some grab on to it, some reject it. If you have the same information i have and reject my God, well tht is your choice. I'm sorry you want to make that choice, but it is your choice and I cannot drag someone kicking and screaming to Christ. I am happy with my faith and if one rejects my faith, that is their right and choice to do so. But please allow me to have my beliefs without being insulted or ridiculed.

The Bible is the Word of God as we interpret it. If one rejects a prophet of God then one rejects the Bible and is not really a believer in the foundation that God left us in written word. I assume the prophet is a biblical one.

God has revealed Himself to mankind in the scriptures of the Old and New Testament.
The prophets of God have revealed God to us.
No new revelation is required.

Like Islam, Judaism and Christianity call for total belief / faith.

abdulaziiz,
I don't really "feel" anything. I think things. But "feel"? Naw.

If I needed to I would step away from them and let God drop the hammer on 'em.

This is crucial:
What we don't do is take him out of the picture ourselves. If God wants to deal with him, he'll do it. We have a God that does stuff, because it's not our job to blow rejection up, especially with bombs strapped to our bodies. God is quite capable af handling the job, thank you very much!

I hope and pray to God that someday they will see the light. If they stick to YA and try to reply to some of the questions esp under this category, they might do research and read up a lot about God and Jesus Christ.

Because many of the people who claim to be prophets, can also be seen as street preachers or "touched" shall we say. How can you believe someone that says "god" talks through me, yup, i can believe that.

Reject a prophet, lose that prophet's reward.
Mat 10:41 He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet's reward; and he that receiveth a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man's reward.
I Corinthians 13;8a, Love never fails!!!!!
