My heart feels like it is beating out of my chest lately & i keep getting burning down my right side & down my leg..What could this be i don't like going to doctors?

I am under alot of stress so it could be anxiety..But i think i'll go thru urgent care later on..

Chest pains? It feels kind of like i'm being shocked in the middle of my chest
Stabbing pains? Right under my right breast
Feelings of a huge weight on your chest? No
Family history of heart related issues? Yes, My father has problems
Have you had these pains before? Yes
If yes, were there any precluding events such as physical exertion (exercise, brisk walk etc.)
Last time it happened i was in bed & woke up in pain soaked in sweat..I been sweating alot in my sleep..

Heart racing can be anything from anxiety to genuine heart problems. The burning could be separate issue like sciatic nerve problems. Don't mess around, see a doctor. Most likely they will be able to reassure you, but do go!!

It could be alot of things
Panic attacks
SVT
Etc..
You need to go in and get evaluated
I don't let my patients mess around with their brains, eyes, and hearts... period.

I work in an ER, don't mess with your heart, just give in and go see a Cardiologist.
