Several Class action suits have already been filed in the past against AOL, one of the most well known being in 2002. See : http://www.consumeraffairs.com/news02/AOL_settle.html
I saw a program on c-span recently showing that AOL is in serious trouble and it probably won't be long before it goes down the tubes so I'm not sure whether attempting to file a suit against them at this point will do any good. In any case, you might want to address your question specifically to disgruntled aol users. Try to do some research though before pursuing this further.

Naw I have always knew the service was over priced and never signed ups. Now if anywone wants to gang up on Netflix I might be willing to join in.

If you do decide to sue them, be sure you spell their name correctly in your filings. It's America (no N) Online.

What the hell for? I have never had AOL and never will, but I am curious why you would sue them.

I'd love too - I don't like any of those *** holes; however, I can't contribute monetarily.
