Is there a real big diff. between the Nissan 240SX and the 240SX SE?

They are not only cosmetic differences, and not all SEs have a limited slip differenial.

The main difference, and the reason most tuners want SEs over the plain ones is the fact that SE have five lugnuts instead of 4 like the base model.
5 lugnuts on the wheels makes finding good wheels much easier and allows you to upgrade to big brakes from the 300zx.

There was some cosmetic differences. One was the SE got rims, foglights, and a rear spoiler, just to name a few. But the one big difference that the others missed was the SE comes with a Limited Slip Differential. Thats why the SEs are more sought after than the regular 240sx's

Se's are 5lug and a few small things else....look the same nothing major...i have a 95 240sx SE forsale as a project car if your interested....
