once you prepare a coconut gravy, and if you don't keep it in the fridge it tends to get bad, wanted to knwo how does one preserve the same without a refrigerator.

You can't unless you have an ice box somewhere you can store it in.

Some Tamarind Juice can be added along with the coconut gravy

Boil the gravy once in 5 hrs. at least 10 min

Load a coolbox with ice; put your gravy in a sealed plastic container and bury it in the ice.

Anna's got this one right, if its for a long period of time don't forget to refill the cooler with ice!
