Hi again!

If your Brother and sister-in-law were married in Vietnam, it's likely that she came over on a K-3 visa. If that's the case, then she already has her greed card. It was issued the moment she stepped off the plane in the U.S.

If she came over on a K-1 (fiancee') visa, then she could apply for her green card after living in the U.S. for two years. This does not mean she will receive a green card though.

You could report her to INS either way, however you probably won't accomplish much. Your brother reporting her could have her sent back on the next flight to Hanoi. All he has to do is report that she manipulated him to immirgate to the U.S. INS has a hard-on for stuff like this.

Women like that is causing problems for women like mine. My girl and I are truly in love, and are going through hell to get her over here because there are so many before us who abused the system.

Good luck to you and your brother...

there is not much you can do.... if they are still in the Vietnam and she has not gotten her green card, then don't worry, just convience him to leave her
if they are in the US, and she has not gotten her green card, or is on a temporary/conditional green card, if they break up, she may have to leave the country
if not, there is not much you can do
he could try to report her, if he wanted to, but other than that, there is nothing you can so....sorry....i hope if things are that bad... he loses her, and she goes back!
