talk MRT to city Hall , go through city link to marina sq , walk through marina sq to reach millenia walk. it's at level 1 . Alternatively you can cross over the underpass beside swensen at suntec fountain. you'll reach almost at the enterance of that shop

Go to Suntec City Food Terrace at the basement level....look for the underpass that leads to Millenia Walk. Candy Empire is near the escalator from the underpass leading to Millenia Walk.
