When sitting keep the legs up, on a another chair or anything that's high, every evening before you go to sleep put them in warm water (this helps the blood to circulate easily) and if you can try and get a massage from anyone in your house and try not to wear shoes that are too tight. If these don't help go and see a doctor - if there is anything wrong it's better detected early than late.
