You want to increase what by 4 inches? Your waist? Eat everything in sight. Your Thighs eat a lot and Bike. Your height? It's too late.

4 inches is a lot if you're talking about you biceps. That's huge but if you think you need that you must have some really skinny arms. Get a second opininon from a trainer at you local gym. Gaining 4 inches would take some serious focus on curls, curls and more curls with a lot of protein and rest. don't neglect the rest of your body or you will be out of proportion and look like a freak. Take your time and good luck.

i hope you did not mean height. take south indian rice. to get more result pour water in the cooked rice which was made in the after noon. have this in the next day morning with tapioca and curd and also add green chilly and salt. then after that you dont burn your calorie you will increase the weight

drink a slim fast with a meal,, loaded with vit and minerals,, but when you take it with a meal, instead of replacing a meal,, then you will gain, gain,, but it will be healthy weight. Be sure to eat fresh fruit & veggies,,, Water,water,water,,, and the big one,, moderate exercise..... Good luck on buffin' up....
