Do NOT use any other eye drops unless prescribed by your doctor. The redness may be irritation that occurs during the night. Ask you doctor if there is a thicker or gel-like drop you can use overnight.

I know marijuana is pretty much only good and advantageous for people with glaucoma. I'm not sure if it will get rid of your red eye but you could check into it. Also, before you do that, have you tried those eye drops for red eye?

what type of glaucoma surgery? lpi? trabecular? filtration? etc?
