In Islam, marriage is a great ceremony and on the end, a person named
(Mawlana) reads something from Quran and says joining of them (Nekah) is finished.
Without this joint ( Nekah) their sex will be prohibited ( Haram) and if they have child with out (Nekah) then the child will be illegal (Harami) as Islam rules and people call the child (Harami)

My question is:
You Muslims believe that all we humans are sons and daughters of Adam and eve, so at the time of their marriage and sex there was not any (Mawlana) to joint them as (Nekah) and truly they never had a (Nekah).
Then all we humans must be (Harami) ???

God married them to each other. .. next ?

Secondly laws are binding from the time they are revealed. So even though the children of Adam and Eve commited 'incest' it wasn't a sin till god said it was a sin which was sometime later.

No.
Islamic law was not implemented at that time of Adam and eve. See before Abraham, people used worship anything Sun, Moon, Statue, Animals and other stuff. Then God sent many prophets and have different religions and beliefs. It might be a little different than prophet Muhammed's teaching. But if God created Adam and eve then they don't need Mawlana/Nekah anyway.

First of all Maulana is just a name for a Muslim cleric. Nikah, which is marriage in Arabic, can be performed by any Muslims for any Muslims. A Maulana or an Imam is not necessary. Islam also follows the 10 Commandments given to Moses. Sex outside of marriage is forbidden. Where do you have detail about Adam & Eve having sex prior to making a vow before God? Ever since Adam & Eve the devil has been tempting humans to go against God's will.

Adam and Eve's relationship/marriage was by consent of Allah. There's no arguement there. They don't need an Imam/Mawlana to join them "in holy martimony" if they have direct contact to God. Would you want to question God?? I doubt it.

Labelling the child 'Haram' is as though saying that the child was born out of wed-lock. Not that the child is illegal. Such child is never blamed for the actions of their parents? Would it seem fair to you? I doubt that too.

Between Adam and us today, there were other religions and our ancestors were not Islam at every generation. And some had had children without Nekah. That still wouldn't make us Haram.

I hope I've cleared it out for you.

Do you also think that brothers and sisters should marry each other and that children should sleep with their parents and have children like the case with adam and eve??!
So, it's rediculous to compare what happend to adam and eve with today!!
To answer your question, God didn't wait for a "Mawlana" to joint them because God himself blessed them and ordered them to mutiply and fill the earth.
Second, God didn't make any rules and laws to follow except that he ordered them not to eat from the fruit and because they disobeyed God, they sinned.
A sin means when you know that God has forbidden something but you do it however...and by now we all know for sure what God has prohibited because it's mentioned in Torah, Bible and Islam and if you did something that you know is forbidden, then you've sinned. That means if you are muslim and you know that it's written in Quran a nikah ceremony should be made for marriage and you didn't do it, then it's haram and a sin.

Harami?? and you claim to know Arabic very well!! i think you are mistaken Arabic for Chinese!!

first of this Mawlana is a Sheikh/priest/pastor/rabbi whatever
same job.
just like in Christianity when the priest reads the vow.

and for your own information marriage in God's eyes is based on publicity and witnesses not an Imam or a priest's words.

those who were married before religions existed are considered to have been married a legitimate godly marriage.

1.In islamic belifes Adam was a prophet . a prophet's rank is higher than a mawlana's so he did the nekah himself maybe.
2.In the time of Adam and yiv there was nothing called islam so they were not expected to obey islamic rules.
3.A harami's son/daughter is not a harami if s/he (the harami) marry legally

You are so weird! Asking this question like a child in the kindergarden school. Than why your mother and father married before you came out?

Dont you know that any religion in this world have their tradition and culture how to married? This is because to make sure there is no sex before married.

By the way for your question like this I'm sure you are Son of Haram.

the marraige of Adam and eve-pbut was a witness by Allah, His angels and His creations and evrything thats in the Heaven and earth. now who needs a bigger witness than that.

AND IN ISLAM A PREIST(as that in christianity, judaism, hinduism or any sect) is just to solemnize the event. THE MARRAIGE IS VALID IF THE GROOM AND BRIDE AND THEIR FAMILIES AND ABOVE ALL IF ALLAH APPROVES.
