Well I'm thinking the Jelly Belly brand, and it's either coconut, or vanilla (vanilla bean really, it'll have little white speckles). If it's completely white and there are no spots on it, that's coconut.

Coconut jelly beans are yucky, eww.

If you mean the kind we get at Easter they are vanilla. If you mean the Jelly Belly brand they are coconut, they also have one that is white with very light and I mean light yellow spots it is popcorn. Hope I helped.
