How many of you , if you somehow magically could have had other parents, would choose to do so? Do you love your parents or do you wish you had had parents other than the ones you have? How many are happy w/the parents they had vs. how many wish they had other parents? :-) or :-(

Well, I wouldn't choose different parents simply for the fact that if I did then I would no longer be me. BUT I think my dad is a complete ***. But I'm at the age now that I don't need a dad in my life. My mom and I have grown closer. We had issues when I was growing up but we're okay now. So, she is a keeper. Dad so totally is not.

I personally wouldn't change a thing. I love my family and I am happy to be part of it. I don't think people really wish to have other parents. More, they just want their parents to act differently.

That's an immature question.
Everybody goes through a stage where they would give up their parents for a handful of magic beans if they could! Then we grow up, and realize just because you have a high number as your age doesn't mean you know what you're doing.
We all do our best, and if we love our kids, then hopefully they will grow up and love us back.
