Sauna.

Up to 60 percent of the human body is water.

At 40 degrees Centigrade a person loses about 14.4 calories per hour by breathing.

So if I translate this for you correctly, you can actually eat something while in the sauna and lose weight (I wouldn't recommend doing that though, it could ruin your appetite.) =]

Besides the physical impact it would have on your body, a trip to the local sauna, say 3 times a week would help your psyche with a little mental relaxation.

Hope that helps.

Buy lowfat versions of cream cheese, (and all other cheeses) milk, cookies, sour cream, and ice cream................eat lowfat chips, don't but butter on your bread, and don't drink alot of sugary drinks.
These small changes work wonders, and now there is a "lower fat" version of everything....so not ALL the time, but when you can, substitute it for the lighter choice. But don't deprive, then you'll just end up gaining! Enjoy food!

drink a glass of warm water with a teaspoon of honey and a squeeze a lime into it, make sure you drink this every morning before you start your day, even before you brush your teeth.

a complete fruit diet for 12 days, any fruits, it helps to clean your system and detoxicate it too.

Change your eating times... push breakfast back an hour and move your evening meal ahead. If you allow your system enough time over night to cycle from readily available sources to stored sources, you'll begin to lose weight without ever feeling that you're dieting.
