what is the Question?? I think your trying to ask what kind of cell phone can you use over sea?? well you have to contact Alltell to get a oversea phone...or a SIMS card for your cell you have now. It cost around 90.00 a month to rent and there is a down payment as well.. good luck and bring me back some lumpia.
