We make copies of a letter, form etc. and we say them single, duplicate, triplicate, quadruplicate, and so on.
Whats that for fifth, sixth, seventh copies so on?

Make them in groups of 6's, 10's,8's or make 10 copies of each page!! I say do it the easy way!

I think, the proper use would be to stick with Latin Cardinal Prefixes: quinque-, sexa-, septem-, (or septi-), octo-, novem-, dec- (decem-) etc.
