kodak.com (easyshare gallery) is $0.15 per print. I don't know if this is the cheapest, but the quality is good. You can pick them up to avoid shipping fees if you have a CVS nearby.

If you upload the pics to Yahoo Photos, you can have them printed at your local Target for 20 cents each. The first 20 are free. I tried it when I got a digital camera; the prints were OK.

I see someone already posted Walmart, that is correct. Walmart's machines and in store techs will usually do them for less than .37 cents each, and if you are doing more the price drops. Walmart also price matches ANYTHING, so if you see a cheaper price somewhere, including the internet... take the ad with you and they will match it.

I've had heaps of photos done through them, 6x4 an larger, and have always got excellent results. They print on good quality (Fuji i think) paper, and were very fast.

snapfish.com 12 cents for a 4x6 and the quality is much better than wal-mart.

York Photo and Clark Color Labs used to do them for .10 each. I haven't checked in a while, but assume they still do. You can do a web search for them.
