Not a weird question at all, especially given the proliferation of microwave ovens.
In fact, if you heat any food, by any method, whether toasting, holding it on a stick over the fire or putting it in a microwave, you will destroy some of the vitamins. As far as the other nutritive components, it won't alter such things as the amount of protein, fats, carbohydrates etc. nor will it change the calorie content.

Cooking foods, such as vegetables, in the microwave, leaves nutrients inside the food. Cooking vegetables in boiling water causes leaching of nutrients into the water. So, in some cases, microwaving preserves the nutritional content of food.

Microwaveable food doesn't have any nutrional content to begin with. And, most food in the United States, even raw vegetables, is devoid of nutrients. We're the only industrialized nation in the world that routinely consumes steroid veggies and processed food. It's disgusting and bad for your health.
