It is safe. But it might keep you up a little longer. Exercising gives your body a form of energy. You may be to pumped up to go right to sleep. I know because I excercise sometimes before bed.

Instead of doing it before bed, try doing it first thing in the morning. It will help wake you up and get you ready for the day.

Sure. I work out before bed every night also. It's the only time in the day I can fit it in. Unless you start getting sleepier during the day- then u can try doing it earlier.

I love to exercise before bed. I think it helps me sleep better. Do whatever works for you.

Excersize is a great way to relax before sleeping. Once your breathing returns to normal, it's easier to drop off to sleep.

I would try it in the morning to start out with but if you feel you REALLY want to try it ( Like i would) DO IT!!! You can always talk a hot bath to send you off to sleep :)

It is safe, as in not dangerous to your health. But this will raise your basal heart rate for several hours and you probably won't be sleeping well because of that. :)
