Studies have shown that roughly 70% of women do not achieve orgasm through penile penetration. There's not room enough here to get into all the reasons why. There's also clitoric orgasms as well as oral orgasms. Every woman's body is different and the range of "normal' is extremely widened. Orgasm expert Stephane writes "a woman who hasn't achieved an orgasm hasn't been taught how to yet...".

A friend of mine, who is a sex therapist, has encountered women who were well into their 30s and 40s who have NEVER had an orgasm or weren't sure what one was. And through therapy they were able to find their orgasm. Most of the reasons behind this are mental and emotionally. With 3 out of every 5 women being sexually violated before the age of 21 in some manner, it's no wonder many women have developed the fear of having an orgasm or something along those lines.

The female orgasm is not a myth. And like I said before all women are different. Some women can have multiple orgasms almost at will. My friend Alice (not her real name) had an orgasm once while I was brushing her hair! Another friend of mine had one during Yoga class. Explore your own body, find a partner who is willing to be patient with you and don't be afraid to experiment. Take it slow....though I'm sure you want to orgasm sooner rather than later.

Yes, it is a myth. In fact they did a show on it a few months ago on Myth Busters. They had the bald guy get it on with their young female assistant for like 3 hrs. Finally the dude gave up and tried something simple like building a perpetual-motion machine.

No, certainly not. I suppose a woman that has never had one might consider it a myth, but with the right "instrument" she will find out that dreams really can *** true!
