Psycho Diva,
Unless you were running through shrubs or rolling in roses. First you want to get to a doctor to make sure it's not an allergy. If it's not something explainable like allergies.
If it's not that then you have only one way out, get saved. Jesus has power over anything. Let me know if I can help. You will have to do your part, of course.
I've heard of that before. If you are being genuine, That would be a demonic attack, and I've also understood that once they pick you out, it gets worse.

I think you just earned your name hon! If you have no memory of scratching your back like that.....you must scratch it in your sleep! I'd go see your family doctor because that''s sleeping too deep, OK? ok.

You might be suffering from a sleep disorder, where you are asleep, but then you suddenly become active and scratch your back without actually knowing it.,
or it may be caused by voodoo magic.

I had the same problem and for me it turned out to be a problem with the brush I used to scrub my back.

Date rape drug.
It could be shingles.... Have you had chicken pox as an adult?
Maybe there's something in your bed that you keep rolling over in your sleep.
