I've been single for more then a year and dating a number of girls .. I've had sex with all of them and never said anything about a comitment nor did I hide the fact that I was seeing other girls... if I have sex durring a date am I off the market so to speak or can I consitor myself single ?

You would be single, considering you told these women, that you are seeing others, you were being honest and you didn't hide that fact, from them. I'm not saying it's right to sleep with all these women, but on the other hand, if they know about you dating other women and they sleep with you anyway, that's their stupidity, it's not like you put a gun to their heads and made them sleep with you or did you, just kidding. A relationship consist of two people that truly love/care about each other. What you don't want to do is tell a woman what she wants to hear, (such as I love you) in order to sleep with them, it could backfire. I hope you're using protection with all these women, it only takes one time, to get a disease, that you may or may not be able to get rid of! Wear your umbrella every time you go dipping in these women!

Sex doesn't mean ur committed to sumone or have to become committed to them once u've "done the deed". If u've made it blatantly clear that u don't want a relationship, then it's their loss if they open their legs... U shud just know to be considerate to ppl's feelings. Make sure ur not in the wrong... And ur good to go. Just be careful. But am sure u know that. Good luck.

It's "consider" and you are single until you marry, regardless of whether you are having sex or not. Otherwise, you can just go around spreading STD's and bragging about all the women you apparently bed every night. Remember, first liar hasn't got a chance!

As long as your protecting yourself and them from STD's then you are good. You never made a promise to them, never lied to them, or led them on in any way.
Your still single and just playing the field. Nothing wrong with that.

It's just fine...as long as THEY don't have any emotional investment either.
You have an obligation NOT to lead these girls on, and an obligation to NOT have sex with them if you think that they really like you.
Things get more complicated than they need to be when you do stuff like that...
