Recheck your diet. To get lean muscles and also Cuts you would have to have low carb and low fat diet. Also divide your food into 5-6 small meals, it will help your metabolism.
As for your exercises you will need to work on your upper and lower abs by doing bicycle excercies you would be only working on your lower abs. Include crunches in your work out.
You would definetely need to eat more protien, but with low fat and low carb. if you would like to build some serious muscle then you would require 1 Gram of Protien for 1 Pound of your body wieght.

no not everyone can, people with busy lives; employment, family etc. medication can make you gain weight, prevent you from losing weight, even slow your metabolic rate. not everyone has the same rate metabolism, some may only 1 or 2 days a week to achieve abs, others may need a 10 day week. motivation is key, but stress and mental illness actually block this, and sometimes permanently, no matter how healthy you try to be. food allergies and intolerances, many people are unaware how food affects our body functions and moods, 1 mouthful can make a difference. allergies and intolerances can cause bloating, tiredness, irritability etc who wants to be healthy at that moment, foods that help metabolism can be blocked due to this. ADD/ADHD and others suffer extreme bordom, this causes binge eating, lack of motivation. its easy to say they can, however not 1 of us is the same.

My hubby has the same problem. But he insist on using too much weights. I'm extremely tight and cut. I do eat a lot of protein but when working out I use low weights and high reps. You'd think he'd start listening to me.

I used to do something when I played football. Lay on your back raise your feet 6 inches of the ground and keep it like that for a while, It'll start hurting. Also you can pound on you stomach while your doing it and it causes your muscles to tighten up.

its all about diet! you can do a million situps and build all the muscle in world on your belly, but that will not make the fat on top go away. dont get me wrong you need to work your abs but cardio and diet are just as if not more important! good luck.

Bicycle exercise don't help much with the abs. Do sit-ups.

I'm clueless when it comes to this stuff. You may want to hire a personal trainer...this way, they can work with you to find a workout that WILL get you the results you want.
