hayah (haw-yaw'). Hebrew word 1961.

God's reply in Hebrew was : 'Ehyeh' 'Asher' 'Ehyeh'
However,it is to be noted that the Hebrew word hayah',from which the word 'Ehyeh' is drawn, does not simply mean "be".Rather it means "become",or "prove to be".The reference here is not to God's self existence but to what He has in mind to become toward others. Therefore, the New World Translation properly renders the Hebrew expression as "I SHALL PROVE TO BE WHAT I SHALL PROVE TO BE".Jehovah thereafter added "This is what you are to say to the sons of Israel, " I SHALL PROVE TO BE has sent me to you."(Ex.3:14)

Ani... ah-nee

as in "ani Adonai Elohecha" - "I am the L-rd your G-d"

EDIT

i just noticed you wanted the word from exodus.. "ehyeh asher ehyeh" which is a different conjugation of the verb hayah which means to be

אֶהְיֶה (eheyeh), as in:
אֶהְיֶה אֲשֶׁר אֶהְיֶה (exodus 3:14)

"Eheyeh asher eheyeh" (e-he-yEh a-shEr e-he-yEh)

This verb is actually in its future tense, so literally, it means: I will be whatever I will be. But the main idea is "it doesn't matter who I am".
