Vaginal tightness is controlled with muscles. Most of us can control tightness. A real orgasm will make many women have goose-bumps. Those are imposible to fake! But then again, maybe not all women have goose-bumps. So just enjoy that at least she cares to pretend.

It is NOT a man's responsibility to ensure whether a female has an O or not. There are 2 people involved (more if you're really lucky).
She has to WANT to enjoy herself in order to give herself permission to relax and be in the moment.
Otherwise she's just wasting both of your time.

it is generally pleasurable whether she reaches it or not and it will tighten when she squeezes. we can control that. really you can't tell and you probably wouldn't want to know the answer. most women fake the intensity most of the time but rest assured if she came back for more, she enjoyed herself.
