Basically all the exercises you give as examples can be performed aerobically or anaerobically. It's not the type of exercise that's important but how long and how vigorously it's performed. All exercise starts out aerobically - the energy for the exercise is derived by using oxygen to convert glucose into carbon dioxide and water (which releases the energy) But if you continue exercising and you can't get enough oxygen to your muscles your body switches to anaerobic respiration which converts glucose to lactic acid. This release some energy (but not as much) and doesn't need oxygen. When you've finished exercising the body will need to finish breaking down the lactic acid - and this requires oxygen (which is why you're out of breath after vigorous exercise - your body needs the oxygen to break down the lactic acid)

anaerobic doesnt take up a lot oxygen
aerobic does over a long period of time

some examples of aerobic exercises are:
Aerobic classes that can be dancing to music or step dancing (fast movements)
Treadmills
Exercise bicycles
Ski machines
Air gliders
Jogging
Sports such as racquetball and handball

and then some examples of anaerobic exercises are:
Weight lifting
Machines that offer resistance
Dumbbells

you can tell the difference through the examples.
anaerobic takes less oxygen from your body.
hope i helped. :]

Aeorbic exercise is when you elevate your heart rate to the point that you are burning calories at a fast rate but your breathing keeps up with your effort.
Anaerobic exercise is when your breathing cannot supply oxygen as fast as you burn it. You run out.
Anaerobic exercise is what boxers do. All out for 3 minutes.
Aerobic exercise is like runing a marathon.

aerobic exercises get you breathing at a higher rate than normal. so running or sprinting would be aerobic but going for a lite jog or a walk would anaerobic because it doesn't require the use of extra oxygen.

Is this a homework question?

Aerobic exercise is using oxygen at your body's maximum efficiency. Anaerobic exercise is exercise past the threshold of maximum efficiency.

(Not the answer you wanted, is it?)

Anaerobic is without the presence of oxygen, and aerobic is in the presence of oxygen.
