There's this wierd bump on the inside of my nose. It doesn't hurt if I touch it. It's pretty big, but not noticeable on the outside of my nose. It grew a little during the past 4 weeks. It doesn't have any wierd color or anything.. It's creeping me out, please help. (If this helps, my mom called it a "tigyawat",,, that's in Tagalog?! wtf does it mean?!)

Did you ever see the movie Total Recall with Gov. Arnold? Well, in that movie Arnold had to pull a homing beacon out of his brain through his nose...Interesting special effect. However, this could be the same situtation... Maybe it is your homing beacon sliding down out of your brain....ewww...
In any event, seeing an MD, RN or licensed medical professional could not be a bad thing....But don't over look the brain tracer... They are watching you. You should make a hat out of tin foil so they cannot read your brain waves.

Well - I have one and it is painless and inocuous but it isn't growing at THAT rate.
Is the head whitish?
However; honest here - If it is inflamed - it might be an interior version of a pimple. If it is NOT inflamed - it STILL might be an interior version of a pimple. Please have your M.D take a look at it if you think that it isn't a pimple.

It could be a type of fatty tumor. They grow anywhere. Have your Dr. look at it.

may be a nasal polyp. have a doctor check it out.
