Are they Christian fanatics like the KKK? I'm not picking on Christians even though I'm an Atheist. It's a genuine question.

Dymphna Le Fay, I'm not that type of Atheist. Thumbs are for answers, not the answerer's beliefs, which I respect when they are respectful. Thumbs up.

"Religion? or lack of...plays NO PART in the ANP."
-American Nazi Party's Membership FAQ.
There may be a lot of self-described Christians among them, but it is not officially part of their doctrine, which is focused more on killing people who don't look like them.
Please keep in mind that Nazis typically have no eathly idea what they believe. There is a Nazi Party affiliate in Russia. It's members are ethnically Slavic, which was number 4 on Hitler's list of people to exterminate. But right now, the Nazis are so unpopular and strapped for cash that they'd probably accept Jesse Jackson if he gave them 50 bucks and said it was just a tan.

Hitler was born into the Roman Catholic church. Even though he had great respect and admiration for the church's power, he never shared the church's beliefs or ideologies. In the early years of Hitler's reign of power, he allowed the Vatican certain rights, as far as allowing churches and schools. But, buy the late 1930s he had pretty much abolished all denominational schools.
Hitler felt as if the churches and school's teachings were in direct conflict with the Nazi propaganda and posed more of a threat than he had originally realized.
So, to answer your question . . . even though Hitler was raised as a Roman Catholic, he, as yourself, was an Atheist and his idealisms reflected such beliefs.
This was one of the few historical power struggles that wasn't directly or indirectly influenced by one's religous beliefs. One could only imagine how Hitler would have differed, had he subscribed to some form of religious belief along with whatever moral and ethical laws it conveyed to it's followers.
By the way, after reading some of the other post:
Just because Hitler was an Atheist, doesn't imply that Atheist in any way share any of Hitler's ideologys. As I respect everyone's choice to their own belief system.

they are truthfully no longer Christians, check out 2 Timothy 3:a million-9. Their culmination, (strikes) coach that they are actually not. specific on their flag they have a pass alongside aside the nazi one, yet that doesn't cause them to Christians. i'm sorry yet many communities at present are like that and the scripture I referred to shows that it will and has got here approximately. God isn't prepared on anybody dermis coloration or nationality whilst it comprises our Savior. All may well be saved no longer purely the blonde hair, blue eyed human beings.

It is Christians at least some of them on here act like Nazi.... The ones who attack other religions should not get upset when we attack back..you do not have to fallow my ways I do not expect you to but they should respect the fact that there are hundred's of belief's. We all should be able to speak as we wish with out somebody freaking out and throwing quotes of the bible out.
Hitler was jewish how ironic..and stupid is that...he wasted all those poor peoples life's and he was from the same blood.

Neo-nazis aren't neccessarily any religion. Many are not any religion, and often they just co-opt the language of Christianity or religion because they think it gives them some legitimacy. Many claim Christianity, although what they believe and espouse goes against the basic principles of Christianity. At the core of most Neo-Nazism is white supremacy, and they try to use religion to justify it.

Neo Nazis are NOT Christians!!!!
NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT
Christ forbade us to judge another person's worth by their outward appearance and family tree. This would definately include skin color and ethnicity! Nazis are known the world over as haters of "colored" people, and promoters of "white power".
You can call them fanatics if you like, but neither the NN's or the KKK are Christians in any way, shape, or form!
They serve their own racist, political agenda, spurred on by hatred, bigotry, and paranoia. If they have any real religion, it is a self-serving one.

They may claim to be "Christian" - as anyone can make the claim - but truly they have no understanding of Jesus Christ and his love for all peoples.
Neo Nazis are self-serving.
