Yes, it is quite likely, but there are so many factors that it would not be fair to assume it's the case.

You could always try to stop eating fast food so often? Try going vegetarian for a week or so, see if your energy improves. Animal products often make people feel lethargic.

(And no, I'm not a vegetarian, but a lot of their claims are actually true!)

breakfast- yes you need it otherwise you'll get VERY hungry and start craving by the evening. You could eat sandwiches(brown bread is healthier), salad, little bit of dairy products as they contain alot of fat. Oatmeal is very good for breakfast, add some fruits and a spoon or two of honey. Remember to cook ur oatmeal! 3 times is best. Only diabetics should eat 6 small meals a day. Just fruits?? No, you need a variety of different healthy foods so that you get everything you need for ur health. Why not bread for breakfast, something like cooked veggies and rice for lunch and for dinner you could have noodles with tomato sauce and cheese. But those are not the only options, there's loads of healthy meals you could prepare. Metabolism- eat most of ur food early in the day, do a lot of exercise and mostly eat very digestible food. That should boost ur metabolism. Hope I helped :)

eating fast food all the time will cause you to lose energy as your body isn't getting the right vitamins. fast food is also one of the hardest foods to burn due to all the fat content in it. so maybe if you want to become more active you should start to eat more healthy foods. i don't mean you have to give up the fast food altogether though. you can do it little by little that way your body will get used to the change.

Fastfoods are definetly not the foods where you should get your main source of energy. Don't eat fastfood very often, or you will be shortening your life expectancy. They have so much fat (fries alone have more fat then the burger) and very little nutrition value. You need to eat fruits and vegetables to get all your vitamins and also exercise regularly as well.

Oh my gosh...you have to watch this movie, "Supersize Me". It's a documentary from 2years ago, but is so way not boring.
It was really interesting.
This guy decided to eat nothing but McDonald's 2 meals a day for a month and see what would happen. He gained maybe 15-20 lbs in a month and his kidneys shut down almost.
It's amazing this movie, I learned that McDonald's even adds sugar to salads.
Interested in fast food effects on your body? Rent that movie. I just saw it and it's amazing.
That food will definitely make you ill.

absolutely. you need a diet with a greater amount of variety than fast food can possibly give you, including fresh fruits and veggies. think about it, if the burger costs 59 cents how much did it cost to make? that can't be quality food. it's fine once in awhile because we do crave it but you are seriously compromising your health by eating it all the time. i know it's the same crap that everyone says, but that's only because it's true. please try to cut down on the fast food and take a multivitamin every day until you do.

having fast food is very unhealthy as most of the food is fired and also it doenst contain nutrients required for growth and normal day to day activities. I suggest you change your diet completely and avoid having fast food, if you like to too much then you can have it once in a while but not regularly as it is quite possible that it is the source of low energy.

Music makes you eat more. According to a report by the journal Psychology along with Marketing, soft, classical tunes encourage one to take time over your mealtime, so you consume more foods. So, switch off – silence can make you more aware of what you’re adding your mouth.

Definitely, that stuff is loaded with FAT, SODIUM, and CARBS. All these things in the quantity you are consuming them can make you very sluggish. You need to lay off that stuff for a couple of weeks and eat more fruits and vegetables and see how good you will feel.
