True Story. No B.S.

In Maywood, California, illegal rights protestors brazenly
claimed a U.S. Post office by raising and flying a Mexican
flag above an upside-down U.S. flag!

Go to you tube and you will see the whole thing unfold....for the people asking what the Americans that were there did to stop it. My answer to you is there were barricades and the police were in the middle of the 2 groups, there were several of Americans who were visibly upset and trying to get over there to take the flag down, but the police would not let them go, so the cops tried to take it down and totally effed that up!!
And yes it is unreal.....raising another country's flag in the US (in this instance) was in my opinion an act of war !! And should have been dealt with immediately!!

Don't know what the point of the link was.
They trying to sell something.
And I sure ain't giving them my e mail address.
Re upside down American flag....
I wonder if they are aware that it is a distress signal?
If they have forgotten what distress is they should go back down to Mexico for a while to refresh their memories.
They think they gonna strongarm their way in?
Maybe the feds won't do anything about them but some states are because the immigration issue is nothing to the feds but a source of great expense to individual states.
I felt rather kindly towards illegals in the past.
But that was before May 1.
The we are in your face and we are going to come to your country and do whatever the hell we want day. Cause we doan need no stinking laws.
Guess again amigos.

This pathetic act was a direct attack on the moral and social fabic of the American spirit, and a spit in the face to all the brave Americans and their families who have died to protect the sovernty of our great country!
The link below has an article about the maywood protest and some vid clips, hope this helps people see the true nature of these people and the immense threat they pose to the security and unity of America.

That is disgusting.
And the really sick thing is a lot of these protestors are American. If they care about Mexican rights so much why don't they go to Mexico and try to improve conditions there so people won't feel the need to leave their homeland.
Most illegals don;t really want to get caught by the police so they would not be doing something so brazen.

Yes I do. Would the American people have tolerated this behavior in the 40's and 50's? What has happened to people, to politicians? It makes me wonder if government has abandoned me and other Americans (yet they demand my money).

This conduct cannot be tolerated and must be nipped in the bud in no uncertain terms. I want to see politicians with a spine stand up to this and other similar types of unacceptable demonstration. Such a mindset (by illegals) is like a cancer that must not be permitted to spread.

The sad thing is, extremist, or worse, attention-whores like this bring bad press to those who seriously and passionately champion rights for illegal immigrants. Stunts like this get the attention, not the real issues.

I'd urge everyone who is fired up about this to consider that the actions of these idiots doesn't necessarily jive with what those people who truly want to see fairness brought upon for immigrants.

And these are the people who think that they should be just allowed to live our country whenever they want. It is a privilege to live in the US, not a right. That right must be earned in some way. While it would be nice for anyone who wants a better job to come to America, it is not feasible. Everyone who wants to live in this country should have to earn that right, and disrespecting the flag and the nation is doing the exact opposite.

Do you have a link on that story? I would like to post it in my groups. Thanks for the heads up. I will look for it, too.

I did find the story in World Net Daily, not other sources like AP. NPR was talking about the immigration issue today, and the speaker on "The World" was saying that people are upset because they feel as if the US is being invaded.

The real problem according to their reporter are the unaddressed problems in Mexico as I raised here and other places some months ago.

This shouldn't surprise you - enrage maybe - but not surprise.

For some really strange and unexplainable reasons, weirdo groups do really *** nine things to try and promote their agendas.

The Islamic terrorists video tape beheadings and kill innocent men, women and children to promote a loving, peaceful and tolerant religion.

Anti-abortion activists kill and maim doctors and bomb clinics to promote their "right to life" agenda.

Why is it any stranger that the illegal aliens make demands to accommodate their language, give them amnesty, welfare, free medical treatment and anything else their little hearts desire?

Get used to it - the world is a strange and mystical place.

I watched the video that your link provided-- this is getting way out of control-- the people that are standing by watching this unfolded have to be thinking --this is not really happening --

My very first thought " Let them try that in South Louisiana" but after thinking about --I think the people were thinking This just cant be happening in America..........
